Order Confirmation by Admin.

After receiving the job order, admin. can place orders directly into the back-end system.
The admin. can then choose the type of work, location, contact method, content, appointment time, special requirements, status etc.

 

 

Delivery / Field Agent Receiving Orders

As long as the delivery person/fielder downloads the APP, he/she can see the job order details, received by logging in.
After completion, the status of the order can be updated and will be trasnfered to the back-end system immediately.

Back-End System: Statistical Analysis

Admin. can print out the job order details, output as CSV (readable with Excel).

 

 

 

・Fixed Order / Ad-Hoc Order (Instant Job Order)・

Fixed orders can be set in the back-end system,
and orders will then be automatically sent to the team every day to reduce heavy workload.

When new orders are received, the administrator immediately enters job details into the system,
and arrange different staffs for delivery.

Job order details will be displayed immediately on the driver's/field agent's portable device, which can also be printed out during the delivery.
Moreover, drivers/field agents can instantly update the order and payment status.
If there are any special circumstances, it can be recorded immediately into the system to facilitate follow-ups.

Drivers/Field agents can complete their daily statement and print out records that are neccessary in the vehicle;
any extra costs can also be recorded, facilitating daily working process.
